Telangana Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (TG CPGET - 2025) is being conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
This entrance test is for admission into PG courses including M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., MCJ, PG Diplomas and 5-Year Integrated Programs offered by participating universities in Telangana for the academic year 2025–26.

- Notification Released: June 16, 2025
- Application Start Date: June 18, 2025
- Last Date to Apply (Without Late Fee): July 17, 2025
- Last Date with ₹500 Late Fee: July 24, 2025
- Last Date with ₹2000 Late Fee: July 28, 2025
- Application Correction Window: July 25 – 29, 2025
- Hall Ticket Release: Last week of July 2025
- Exam Dates: 1st Week of August 2025
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- Indian Citizen with domicile in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (minimum 40%, pass for SC/ST)
- No upper age limit
💵 Application Fee Structure
- OC / BC: ₹800
- SC / ST / PH: ₹600
- Each Additional Subject: ₹450
- Late Fee (if applicable): ₹500 or ₹2000 as per date
🧪 Exam Pattern
- Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 100 Objective Type
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark each, No Negative Marking
- Subjects: As per program applied

- Carry printed Hall Ticket and original ID proof
- Report 60 minutes before exam time
- No mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators allowed
